The Department has the latest version of STAD-PRO software by Bentley, which is used for the design of multistory structures, tunnels, bridges and many other civil tasks.

·        Industrial training and project work: To gain the industrial knowledge, students undergo industrial training after 4^th semester and 6^th semester in various industrial projects such as road and construction, irrigation and hydro power plants etc.

·        Placements: Campus placements are held from time to time in order to provide an opportunity to the eligible students to get placed in various Central and State Government Departments such as Military Engineer Services, Central Water Commission, Border Roads Organization. Survey of India etc. In addition to it, students of our Department have regularly been placed in many largest Engineering and Construction firms such as GMR group, Atlanta Limited, IVRCL Limited, DLF, OMAX etc.
